DIVISIONS

RX

Standard RX Division. Athletes should be able do workouts as prescribed and complete the following movements 

- Bar Muscle Ups

- Handstand Walks/Push Ups

- Double Unders

- Barbell Movements (Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Thrusters, etc.) at weights up to 135/95 

INTERMEDIATE

For Athletes who can’t quite meet RX Standards/Weights yet. Athletes should be familiar with Semi-advanced movements such as

- Kipping Pull Ups

- Handstand Walks up to 5 feet at a time 

- Double Unders

- Barbell Movements (Snatches, Clean and Jerks, Thrusters, etc) at weights up to 115/75

SCALED

For Athletes who may be less experienced, but still want a fun competition experience. Athletes in the Scaled division can expect Scaled back movements such as

- Jumping Pull Ups

- Single Unders

- Wall Walks 

- Barbell movements (Snatches, Clean and Jerks, Thrusters, etc) at weights up to 95/65

Kids

A fun chance for the Kids to get some competition experience. The Kid’s division will feature significant modifications from the other Divisions.
